AMT Hospitality was founded by seasoned restaurateurs Matt Fisher and Master Sommelier Alpana Singh. Having opened over a dozen restaurants between them, they’ve learned some valuable lessons. Frustrated by contractors not understanding the unique needs of a restaurant build-out, they decided to start their own general construction firm to assist other restaurateurs and operators. They know first-hand the pressures of building and operating one and they will help you get it right. Matt Fisher is a licensed general contractor and Alpana Singh has over 25 years experience working in all aspects of the restaurant business.
